Lead Sound Bath Facilitator

Jane guides participants through a relaxing experience involving various instruments, like singing bowls and gongs, to promote relaxation and well-being, creating a healing environment for participants to immerse themselves in sound. She combines her expertise as an art therapist, reiki master and meditation teacher to create a truly holistic experience. 

Sound Bath Co-Facilitator

Beth collaborates with our lead facilitator Jane in guiding your meditative sound bath experience. She shares responsibilities for maintaining a safe and supportive environment for participants, contributing her own musical and intuitive talents to the soundscape and providing support and guidance to our participants.

Yoga / Embodied Movement Teacher

 

Lucianne is our Yoga instructor, dedicated to guiding students through a balanced and mindful practice rooted in traditional principles. With a strong emphasis on breath awareness, alignment, and intentional movement, Lucianne’s teaching style supports students of all levels in building strength, flexibility, and inner calm.
