Jane guides participants through a relaxing experience using 432hertz Quartz Crystal Signing bowls, aligned to each Chakra as well as various chimes, Tibetan bowls, Gongs, a waterfall disc and vocals to promote relaxation and well-being, creating a healing environment for participants to immerse themselves in sound.
